How old were you when you knew you could sing?
Since I was 15 I sang for the first time in front of an arena full of people, and when I finished singing everyone stood up and applaud it was an emotion that I never felt before, it was something that I always wanted to feel, at that moment I knew I was destined to be on stage.
Who encouraged you to sing?
At the beginning I use to sing with my friends, whenever we got together they wanted me to sing and they always stared at me with such passion and love. One day they told me that that there was a musical even in town and they were looking for new talent, they mentioned I should go along and try my luck and I decided to go, the composer that chose the talent was so surprised by my singing that he decided to make me the star of the festival ….. and that’s how it started …
Which singers do you admire?
The type of music that I listen to are from all rhymes, I listen to them with such passion, my beloved music has got a wide variety from west to south, from the classic music to the latest ones that are coming out every day. I admire Puccini, Mozart, Michael Jackson, Mary J Blidge, I listen with passion to Indian and china’s music, the mystic music and culture of Israel….i admire the early cores of the south ethnic Albania. I also like cold play, Ne-YO, I’m open to music and I feel lucky for that!
What do you fear the most?
That I can live longer than my relatives.
What is your favourite song that you have sung?
I miss you
You have sung some great songs, do you plan singing in English?
Why not, I sang before in English, it won’t be a surprise if I do it again.

If you weren't a singer, what would you be?
Lawyer for the people’s rights.
What gives you satisfaction in your work?
Just singing it gives me the pleasure, connecting with the audience, traveling and opportunity to visit often the nature and different cities.
What would you like to achieve musically, and why?
I feel that I have a lot to give to music, I feel the power from inside and passion that I want to express through my music. Everything that I have done till today has been linked directly with my passion for music. That is still there like a volcano that arises every now and then to move me forward.
Where's your favourite place your music career has taken you?
If I refer to places, I would like to mention BBking Club in New York, where I ended up on same stage as the famous Aretha Franklyn.
Every day there are new artists coming out, what do you think of them?
I believe it’s a natural thing that new talent arises, I wish them good luck just like I use to wish myself at the beginning. It’s also true that new teenagers aren’t as talented as they should be, to be a star in music, nevertheless I believe that everyone has got the right to try. I would just like to say one thing to all new talents that would like to famous in art, that would like to be successful: try, don’t let anyone to say to you that you aren’t successful! At the end, you would be satisfied even if you didn’t succeed, because you tried and this is very important!
You have been mainly everywhere to sing where there are Albanians around the world, do you have any plans of coming to London soon?
I hope very soon I’ll be in London as well, because I have a lot of fan base there, I inform you, without worry….heheh
